Terms & Conditions: .IS Terms Contract

In addition to the standard Terms and Conditions when registering a domain name, customers registering .IS domains are also subject to additional Terms and Contractual agreements with XDnet Web Services. These agreements and terms are setout below.

The registrant agrees that XDnet Web Services will be held as the Administrative and Technical contact for their .IS domain names, this is required to ensure XDnet is able to facilitate full management and administrative actions on the domain and provide full support for the domain.

Due to technical restrictions the registrant agrees to submit all required DNS changes and domain information changes to XDnet via Ticket, XDnet will then process these changes with the registry. We will strive to do this as soon as possible, and will instigate changes within 48hrs of receipt. (However they will normally be processed within 12hours.)
