Terms & Conditions: Free Domain with Business Hosting

1. Introduction

XDnet are offering free domains with certain packages, such as the Business Web Hosting package as well as numerous others.

Applicable domains include: .BIZ, .NAME, .US, .CO.UK, .ME.UK, .ORG.UK, .ORG, .NET, .INFO and .COM

2. Conditions

If a client registers a free domain name as part of their web hosting package and wishes to exercise a refund as part of our 30 day money back guarantee, any domain registered on behalf of the client will no longer belong to the client and will be cancelled where possible. Clients who have requested a refund may purchase the domain name from XDnet for our standard fee for the domain type plus an administration fee of £10.

Clients will not be charged for domain registration or domain renewal provided they maintain their hosting plan. If clients upgrade/downgrade their package, free domain renewal will need to be discussed with XDnet and it is at XDnet's discreation to continue renewing the domain for free.

Free domains which are transferred to other hosting accounts and/or packages or to other providers will be subject to our standard registration and administration charges.

XDnet Web Services reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time, without prior consent of the client.

XDnet Web Services also reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
