When you transfer your domains to XDnet we will add one year to the current expiry date of your domain name for no extra cost!

For example, if your domain expires on 25th March 2011 and you submit a Transfer request on 10th January 2011 then after the transfer is complete, the new expiry date of your domain name will be 25th March 2012. This means you will not lose anytime even if you transfer months before your domains current expiry date.

Seemless Transfers

Your domain name's name servers (NS) will not be changed at any point during the transfer process, so your domain will not incur any downtime during the process.

When a transfer request is placed the administrative/registrant contact for the domain will recieve an email requesting confirmation of the transfer. To confirm the tansfer you simply need to click the link in the email and the transfer request is then sent to the registry.

In most cases the losing registrar (the old one) will send you an email asking for confirmation for each domain - typically you can choose to ignore these emails.
