.AT domains are processed during EST business hours, please allow up to 3 days for orders to complete.

Important: Cancellation requests must be processed at least 28 days before expiary, otherwise the domain will be auto-renewed by the registry and you will be liable for the renewal fees.

Renewal Requirements

.AT domains must be renewed at least 28 days prior to their expiry date. Please allow up to 3 business days for the renewal order to complete.

If no renewal is made before the expiary date the domain is removed from the registrar management. At this point the Registrant becomes solely responsible for the domain.

The domain is NOT deleted at the registry as only a registrant can delete a .AT domain via the registry and is required to sign a cancellation waiver in order to do so.

.AT domains are auto-renewed at the registry by default; therefore if the registrant has not deleted the name they are liable for any renewal charges by the registry.

An expired .AT domain can be restored to our management by requesting a registrar transfer request.
